Terms of Service (TOS)

GENERAL RULES:
> First come, first served!
> I have the right to decline a commission request, if they are out of my skill level or makes me uncomfortable.
> Maximum of 5 revisions during the Sketch process. Any additional revision will be added to the prices.
> The client must provide visual references. Small doodles and moodboard are very much welcome! STRICTLY NO AI!
> The commission will take 3-5 weeks, depending on complexity and queue.
> Any use for NFTs/GenAI is prohibited!
> The artworks are for personal use only. For commercial use, please send a message for further discussion.
> I have the right to post the final work for promotional purposes. If needed private, please inform me beforehand.
> Please credit me when using or posting commission work.
> The client is not allowed to remove or edit my watermark after receiving the commission work.

Payment

> I will accept payment via GCash (PHP)
> Payment will be upfront after the sketch is approved by the client. Further discussions will be in DMs.
> For Refunds, once the sketch is approved, there will be no refund. If the client cancel their inquiry before I started it, the client will get a full refund.
> If the client is unable to pay after 72 hours, the commission will be canceled.
> For commercial use, twice the original price.
